All lots in Phase I are wooded with views. Some have been sold and have been built on, others are available. Click on the map on the left to view available lots and their sizes.
All lots are on Caraway Summit Trail. This road follows a ridge up the side of the mountain and stops with a turn-around near the top of the mountain. There is no through traffic. The road is paved to state specifications. Electric and telephone (high speed internert) utilities are underground. Each lot has been approved by the county for well and conventional septic systems.
